Our Spanish Style Ranch generally rents from Saturday to Saturday but contact us for other rental date options. The home is located in the beautiful Brigantine “A-Zone” and just slightly over one block to the beach. The Assisted Beach Access Station is three blocks over and short walk to the Beach Bar, Wawa, many other to stores, bait shop, and restaurants.
Upon arrival, use the circular driveway for off street parking of up to three cars. Walking onto the front porch, past the morning coffee table and chairs, the front door is accessible through a keypad code so you do not have to carry keys. The door has a 4-minute auto-locking feature for your safety. As you enter through the foyer area, to the left is mat for shoes, a tall rack for hats and jackets, with a large armoire having hangers and shelving for Beach Towels.
The spacious Front Bedroom has one King Bed, a large closet for plenty of storage, mirrored doors, six drawer dresser, desk/chair, suitcase rack, nightstands, and a low noise ceiling fan so you get only the breeze. The Rear Bedroom has one Queen Bed, closet, six drawer dresser, lounge chair, suitcase rack, nightstand, and a low noise ceiling fan. Both Bedrooms utilize tall bed frames for suitcase storage under the beds. Also under each bed is a Twin Futon just in case a child needs to sleep in same room as you. For sleeping up to 6 occupants, a brand-new Leather Sofa Bed is located in the Living Room. It is very comfortable with a Queen size memory foam mattress, so it feels like a bed and not old-fashioned bars and springs.
Central to all three beds is a Full Bathroom with deep tub and shower. The tiled bathroom is newly renovated with new tall linen and vanity cabinets for storage of bath towels and everyone's toiletries. The sink has new brass fixtures with special safety catch for any accidental drop of jewelry down the drain will be easy to retrieve.
The Living Room is appointed with all new furnishing and fixtures having the couch, loveseat, end tables and a comfortable ottoman. It features 65" TV above the fireplace (winter only) as well as a swivel reading chair to curl up in. An assortment of books and board games are located to left of the TV. You are welcome to plug in your electronic game system into the extra HDMI cable and play on the TV. A Sonos Music System is accessible with an app on your phone to play your favorite summer music.
In the Dining Room, an elegant glass table is provided with seating in rosehip fabric chairs for up to six people. Our garden blooms flowers all season so you may feel free to snip a few flowers to adorn your table during dinner.
The Kitchen is fully tiled and having granite countertops and features a Gas Range, Gas Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stainless Sink, Garbage Disposal. There is adequate Pantry Storage and the Kitchenware, Glasses, Utensils are included. Also included is the Coffee pod maker which also makes pots of coffee too. A Sonos speaker can be played in the kitchen but its portable and can be moved to the outside patio.
The Laundry is updated having new fixtures in the large sink next to the full-size washer and dryer, basket for wet clothes/towels, and a rack for hanging dried items.
Walking outside from the Laundry or Dining room you step onto the rear patio with seating and the dry storage box for all seat cushions. A step down from the patio is the lounging area with three lounge chairs, table, and umbrella for alfresco dining, or watching your favorite show on the outdoor TV. Walking to the left along the decking is exterior H/C outdoor shower where you can rinse off the beach sand and salt. Continuing along the deck leads to a door. Inside is the second full bathroom /changing room. We have been told its revitalizing and everyone's favorite.
The large Rear Yard can be for fun and games but surrounded by tall, manicured shrubs for privacy, there are many types of birds and rabbits that visit and are entertaining every day. There is a separate BBQ area with 5-burner Stainless propane grill next to the patio.
The Side Yard has a large Shed for storage of all your beach chairs and other items. The rear gate leads to alley with can for trash and recyclables away from the home.
