Located in one of Raleigh's most well-known areas, this Urban Oasis is located on Hillsborough St, across from North Carolina State University's campus, minutes from downtown. Walk to a nearby local coffee shop or explore Raleigh's cool art and bar scene. You can walk everywhere or rent a city bike or scooter.
Grocery stores, restaurants and stores are all within walking distance of this beautiful Oasis. You can walk downtown or take a $5 uber ride!

1. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request (fees may apply). Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. If available, early check-in is available for $50 fee.
2. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
6. Pets are welcome but we do require guests to disclose that they are bringing a pet since when the pet is listed as a “guest” it adds our standard $150 pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning services required to restore the home to rentable condition. Not disclosing your pet will incur a $300 fee due to the inconvenience of disrupting cleaning service preparations and operations.
7. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
8. We may use video surveillance in public areas of the building.
9. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities.
10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
