Moananui is a fantastic newly refurbished 4 bedroom home sitting in a peaceful tropical oasis above Mangonui Wharf. The peace and tranquility are the second thing you notice - the first being the amazing views. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the lower level and the upstairs bedroom has the convenience of being on the same level as the living area and the full bathroom facilities on this floor. Large open plan living upstairs and plenty of room to sit outside on 2 decks with outdoor couch as well as dining table. All the bedrooms on the downstairs level have that view of Mangonui Harbour over to Butler Point and out to the harbour entrance.Two have private decks. Always something to see with the working fishing wharf and local line fishermen trying their luck on every spare space there.The two other bathrooms share this level as well.
Almost everything in the house is brand new (2017) from the high quality crispy linen to most of the furniture. High speed internet throughout the house and full SKY TV.
For those winter months there is the wood burner to keep you warm and cosy however Moananui is positioned well for the sunshine to do this as well.
Great for family groups and plenty of space to have that 'alone' time if needed. A short walk to the waterfront and the historic village of Mangonui with all the cafes and shops. 2 mins to Coopers Beach. A divine space to come home to after a hard day at the beach or on the golf course or just a nice place to stay at home and relax in. Rest those weary 'on holiday' muscles in the spa pool surrounded by the tropical garden. Good off street parking for the boat as well with two separate driveways to the house .
