ネガティブ: As an experienced staff team member of of Travelodge a leading 2/3 star hotel chain in United Kingdom , What i noticed and could be improved was: the following; MAKE A CHECKLIST FOR HOUSEKEEPING STAFF ALSO FOR WHEN GUEST CHECK OUT... THAT YOUR VALUABLE ITEMS LIKE TV'S , KARAOKE ENTERTAINMENTS ARE NOT STOLEN... WHEN NEW GUESTS MOVE IN , THE GUEST MUST SIGN A STATEMENT AND THAT .ALL INHOUSE ENTERTAINMENT AND KITCHEN EQUIPMENENT AND ARE WORKING AND RENTED IN GOOD ORDER AND THAT ANY MALFUNCTIONING OR LACK MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 HOURS ..AND THAT THE GUESTS IS LIABLE TO ANY DAMAGES CAUSE BY THE GUESTS TO THE PROPERTY. Although everything was for indonesian standers nice clean...it could be better for in ternational standards...specially if you have German or Japanese guests. ... some points in the Villa needs extra attention or to be polished extra scrubbed or to be paintef .. So that everything looks spick and span or shiny all the windows in bathrooms...need some extra cleaning All kitchen cupboards and kitchen cupboard doors must be spotless clean and shiny and inside kitchen drawers shoulf be checheck for it Same for kitchen equipment..and kitchen utensils Same standards as above should be cheched for cupboards in bedrooms in all bedrooms Check if theres rubbish or litter unde rall beds On (upper floor) in first floor bathroom the bathroom floor is very slippery when soap or shampoo is used..people can slip and fall ( elderly people in particular!!)... you need to put a washable runbber mat on the floor and also in bathtubs and last but not least all bathrooms need a bathfloor towel !! All chrome or metal sinks or showers and chrome water taps in kitchen and bathrooms..must at all times be shiny!! If more than 5 guests arrive....mention on the website they should bring in their own bathtowels. Last but not least no waste or pink rubbish bags should be put outside the main entrance visible for guests....
