Arcadia has been recently renovated with an upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and has a very Mediterranean vibe. The spacious living room is air conditioned but the covered patio is where the real action is with cool clay tiles, bar area, casual seating and dining table for eight that opens out onto a fabulous beachfront pavilion offering up spectacular views of the white sandy beach and sparkling blue waters; the perfect spot for sundowners and casual evening barbecuing with the family.
Bedrooms are bright and airy with air conditioning, beachy chic decor, and modern en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has two queen beds and the guest bedrooms have two twins and a king-size bed alike providing ample space for larger families. The bay is very calm most of the year and provides excellent snorkeling; keep on the lookout for visiting turtles popping their head above the gentle waves. Guests can sunbathe overlooking the ocean from the pavilion or lounge under the mature almond tree in the shade.
Shopping, restaurants and nightclubs are all within walking distance and Oistins, the home of the "Friday Night Fish Fry", is a short 20-minute drive and the capital, Bridgetown only 10 minutes north.
