ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Tucked away on a quiet street lined with greenery, this stunning 5BR Tudor offers privacy and plenty of space. Only a 30-minute metro ride from D.C the city of Potomac blends suburban tranquility with convenience. It's one of Maryland's most upscale communities, with a vibrant culture and friendly locals. But what makes this neighborhood really special is its lush outdoor spaces (hit the greens at Falls Road Golf Course, and enjoy weekend picnics at Cabin John Regional Park). You'll fall in love with this home's grand entrance, multiple living spaces, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen, expansive backyard and balcony, and outdoor fire pit.
THINGS TO KNOW
• Please note that this is a 3 story home. There are stairs only (no elevator).
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• The fireplaces in this home are inoperable and for decorative purposes only.
To reduce fire hazard, fireplace is not to be used.
• This is an older home, and therefore subject to some quirks
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• Yard is not fenced completely.
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• 2 standard driveway spaces are available, included in rent. REACH OUT TO HOST for details.
• In the event that you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please note that we charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for your first pet and $250 per additional pet and have a limit of 2 pets max. See our host profile for breed restrictions.
