The ultimate family holiday house.
The 4 bedroom beach house is set up with fun and relaxation in mind. You’ll have exclusive use of an awesome games room with air hockey, NBA Jam, arcade games with hundreds of free play games and Pool Table. Outside is a Ninja Course, Trampoline, Table Tennis, Pool and Waterslide pumping out plenty of water to provide hours of fun. For the adults we have amped up the relaxation factor and installed a zero gravity massage chair.
There is also a fully equipped sports shed with kayaks, surf boards, tennis rackets and soccer balls. The large fully fenced backyard area has a trampoline and Ninja course.
The two separate living areas have
plenty of couch space - each lounge has a TV where you can access Netflix and Stan* and unlimited fast WiFi is also provided. (*using your own logins)
The brand new kitchen has a coffee maker and all appliances including dishwasher. The laundry has washer and dryer. The outdoor alfresco dining table seats 10 and a BBQ is also provided.
If you want to venture away from the house, all within 600m is the beach , cinemas, restaurants and kawana shopping world. It’s just 100m to playground and park with BBQ and 300m to canal access.
The Jellyfish Beach House accommodates up to 16 people and is ideal for 2-3 families to enjoy. We also provide all high quality bed linen and bath towels.
The house is pet friendly for outside pets at $35 per pet per night. Dog bowls are provided. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches close by.
For families with babies and toddlers, the property contains a high chair and portacot. There is also an abundance of toys, blocks, etc to keep youngsters entertained.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION - sleeping 16 people
All Linen is provided with the exception of beach and pool towels.
Bedroom one has 1 queen size bed.
Bedroom two has 1 queen size bed.
Bedroom three has 1 double bed and 1 single bed
Bedroom four has 2 bunk beds a single pull out trundle underneath (this bedroom sleeps 5).

PARTY POLICY
The house is set up for kids and families. It is not suitable for larger groups of adults. Please enquire via the Stayz/Vrbo app if you’re not sure the house is suitable and we will get straight back to you.
A few quite drinks at our property (or a small birthday party with ONLY those guests who are actually staying at the property) is perfectly fine.
However, we do have a strict no party policy. (By "party" we mean, noisy or some people having too much to drink or damaging the furniture/equipment or house or inviting people over who were not included in the booking ). Please note that the neighbors on 3 sides have the owners phone number and will advise if there is a party at the house. If a party does occur at the house (the owner will visit the house to verify this) and there may be an immediate eviction and a complete loss of bond.
If you would like to host a children’s birthday party there is a park with a fenced playground less than 150m from the property which would be perfect for this.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS - As we are in a residential neighborhood with young families there is a strict no noise policy after 10pm and request after this time you come inside the property.

Ducted air conditioning is available throughout the entire property and can be turned on and off in segments of the property if required. With all of the doors and windows closed the temperature can be set and will quickly reach between a comfortable 22 and 26 degrees.
