Views from the lounge and bedroom too of this one bedroom villa both with ranch sliders opening directly onto your private sheltered sun-drenched half covered deck with outdoor furniture, BBQ and a delicious Hot Tub to enjoy!
There is also a double kayak for your exclusive use during your stay, new kayak life jackets provided, although a kayak trolley is provided, you do need a degree of physical strength to take this to the beach.
The bedroom has a super comfy bed and quality bed linen to ensure a good night’s sleep.
SKY TV with sports and movies and DVD players on TVs in both the bedroom and lounge.
All this and you are only a 500m or a 5 minute tree-lined stroll to Palm Beach's pristine white sands.
Enjoy in soak in your private Hot Tub on your sheltered deck and prepare a barbeque whilst sipping a glass of Waiheke wine, taking in the stunning views of Palm Beach and beyond!
Comfortable modern fit out, and just a short distance up a path from off-road road parking.
Full kitchen, microwave/convection oven, stove top and small appliances and separate dining area.
We also have a little car (Waiheke Runabout) which lives at the property. It is an automatic, easy to drive and runs on the smell of an oily rag :) Great for getting out and really seeing Waiheke Island!
If you are 21 or over, have a current full drivers license,, you can hire it for the day/night of your stay for just $50.00 per day, and topping it back up, before you leave it back in the carpark after your stay. You do need to pay a deposit of $500 as this is our insurance excess for any accidents, (you get this back after your stay)... if you are happy with this, and the car is not booked at the time of your stay, you are welcome to use it during your stay or part thereof.
UNFORTUNATELY IF YOU ARE UNDER 21, THE EXCESS WE ARE CHARGED ON OUR INSURANCE IS INCREASED TO $1000.00, SO THIS IS THE BOND THEN PAYABLE, SORRY!
Special conditions:
Compulsory cleaning/linen fee of $95.00 per stay applies. Includes all your linen, sheets and towels (please bring your own beach towels)
No parties or gatherings, only the guests staying to be at the villa at any time.
