The Loft House is conveniently located 15 mins away from anything in NOLA, and boasts a spacious living room with a full-size sofa bed, countertop bar, dining area, private bedrooms, a private loft suite, private back yard and parking for up to 4 cars! Wow!!
The loft is great for entertaining groups, family vacays, retreats, and extended stays.
In order to offer the best and most competitive rates, our property has a 4 guest booking minimum. Please note: all reservations made with less than 4 or more people will be adjusted to reflect our minimum guest requirement and may result in increased rates. We look forward to your arrival! The Space
located in a quaint subdivision of New Orleans East, the Loft House offers the comforts of home with lots of privacy and space.
The floor plan opens to a spacious and airy living room with high ceilings, lots of windows and natural sunlight. This great common area includes a chaise sofa, coffee table, 32” TV, two large armchairs and two small accent chairs for lots of communal seating. The chaise sofa also converts into a full-size sofa bed; which transforms the living room into a multi-functional living/sleeping space for [2] two.
Adjacent to the living room is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen ready to entertain. The kitchen is fully functional with a double-sided Kenmore fridge, ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen area also includes a formal dining table and wrap-around bar which collectively seats [7] seven.
The large countertop and comfy stools are a great place to eat, chill out or sip cocktails. It even makes a great makeshift office/work area! in addition, there's a respectable sound system with aux cord, and mood lights if you feel like adding a little music and ambiance to your fun.
Two of the bedrooms are located downstairs in a private suite area that sleeps [4] four.
Each bedroom in the suite features; a lock/ privacy door, two twin beds, a 32” TV, a nightstand and closet.
The two downstairs bedrooms also share a full-size bathroom complete with a tub and shower.
The loft
The unique interior loft is a spacious hideaway of its own. The adventurous walk up is sure to become a memorable part of your trip! And it’s well worth it!!!
The loft features a private seating area with a small sofa, coffee table, and lighting.
Across the room awaits a big comfy queen size bed that sleeps two, alongside a private bathroom suite complete with walk-in shower, a 32” TV, four-drawer dresser, walk-in closet and more space than you could ask for… you’ll be the envy of the house and really won’t have to come down for anything except food.
The NOLA loft is also equipped with all of your traditional needs including, basic cable, wifi, dishes, pots, pans, washer/dryer, iron, bed linen, clean towels, etc.
Be sure to bring your gaming systems, or Fire Stick to easily access all your favorite entertainment and television programming.
GUEST ACCESS
When you stay at the NOLA loft you have access to the entire house! This includes a private driveway and back yard area … Enjoy the comfort of knowing that you don't have to share space with anyone except your travel mates.
INTERACTION WITH GUEST
As hosts, we interact with guests on an as-needed basis. Guest enjoy self-check-in via lock box entry. We do a routine drop by to welcome and greet guest. Should you have any questions or concerns we are available to help at any time! You simply text your host, Kelly… who will be anticipating your arrival and prepared to provide you with any information or assistance you may need within 10 minutes of your request.
