Fabulous outdoor layout on this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom 3000 square foot home in private gated community! Substantial upgrades completed in just the last 2 years, including a resort style pool, hot/spa, tons of decking space, spectacular 9 foot outdoor fireplace, landscaping and more!!!! This home is the ultimate in outdoor enjoyment with high end patio furniture, and plenty spaces to lounge --- and that's not even counting the lawn! We welcome seasoned guests 25 years and up.
The home sits on a .65 acre private lot offering up plenty of space for you to move around. The newly installed lawn is sure to attract the kiddos for outdoor games. If that is not enough, the home is directly across the street from the subdivision park where you will find approximate 2 acres of play space including full court basketball court, swings, slides, gazebo, and more.
The home itself is a split level with 2 bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedroomso on the second floor. All bathrooms have direct access to bathroom so there is plenty of privacy. Each of the four bedrooms have queen size beds. In addition, there are 3 couches throughout the house for additional lounging needs, and we have a queen size deluxe air mattress with linens for extra capacity.
The kitchen is perfect for entertaining and cooking! For even more fun, we even have an 8 foot championship pool table in kitchen/keeping room! The dining room table seats 8.
The home itself though substantially renovated is 35 years old and was the original model home in the community so it has impressive crown molding throughout, brand new hardwood floors in the entire home, and 3 indoor fireplaces! There is also an out-if-this-world outdoor fireplace in the backyard!
Dogs are ok to bring to the home as long as they are potty trained and do not damage the back yard. The entire back yard is inescapable for pets as there is a 6 foot iron fence surrounding the entire yard.
This is a private gated (with a 24 hour guard) community, so please no parties or otherwise excessive noise. While there is plenty of privacy in the back by the pool, please no loud music before 7:00 am or after 9:00 pm (per the HOA rules). Feel free to use the hot tub as long as you like, just keep noise in check please. Since the community is gated and manned by a guard, we will need the full names of anyone that would be driving so that we can put you on a temporary pass to get in. Anyone not on the list would not be allowed into the community, so please let us know in advance. There is no parking on the streets allowed.
This is a GREAT home and if the weather is nice, you will love the pool on warm days, and love the outdoor fireplace on cold days! There are large screen TVs throughout the home so plenty of room to watch the big game. The hot tub can be enjoyed year round! The pool can be heated in winter for an additional fee to help with the additional propane it takes to heat a 20k gallon pool.
