Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Great Neck House best School district with separate entrance. newly renovated 2 bed 2 bath unit with kitchen and in-unit Laundry ! Best locations 30 min to Manhattan New York City Midtown by LIRR train, 20 min bus to Flushing. 3min walk to bus stop 13 minutes walk to LIRR station.
Free parking, close to shopping center, restaurant, transportation and theatre, and explore the city and come back for a good night sleep, fit 5 ppl.
The space
New renovation guest unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Queen bed in each bedroom total two queen beds. We also provide a covetable sofa bed in the living area. 24 hours hot water and air conditioning.
Guest access
Rear guest unit which entrance door located at the backyard of the house. We provide free parking in the front right driveway. Pls park your car close to the street ( don’t close to the garage of the house). Use right sidewalk of the house to the backyard and you will see the glass door entrance of the unit
Other things to note
Central AC controller located at main house remote controlled by owner. Temperature set at 71 F automatically. If you feel too cool or too warm, pls text owner to adjust as you want.
