Nice vacation apartment in a villa on the Tyrrhenian Riviera in Calabria, in Falerna in the province of Catanzaro, a tourist seaside resort with free or equipped sandy and pebbly beaches, a beautiful promenade and a variety of bars, discos and restaurants where you can taste the many gastronomic specialties of Calabrian cuisine. Tastefully furnished in a modern style, the apartment is located on a hill with a splendid panoramic view of the sea and, on the best days, as far as the Aeolian Islands. The apartment has five bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Separate but next to the apartment is an outbuilding with living room with kitchen, wood stove and barbecue where you can spend your summer evenings, organize fun barbecues or try your hand at making a real Italian pizza. In a short time you can reach the places of Calabria most appreciated by tourists, such as Pizzo, a small village on a rocky promontory overlooking the sea, Tropea, famous for its gastronomy and its beaches. Visit also the small village of Falerna on the slopes of Mount Mancuso. Possibility of mountain bike or trekking excursions nearby and an ideal place for sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing.
