Set in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and tucked away down a private road, this semi-detached, stone built property enjoys an idyllic location with lovely rural views. The particularly spacious living accommodation makes it ideal for families and has been carefully decorated and appointed throughout. There are 5 bedrooms, two of which can be super kingsize or twin beds. Should you wish to have it made up as a super kingsize, then enjoy snuggling in to a emperor duvet on those chilly winter nights. The master bedroom also boasts a walk-in wardrobe.
It is conveniently placed for those wishing to walk, cycle or tour in stunning scenery. Just a couple of miles from Grassington which enjoys a variety of country shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms with cuisine ranging from good pub grub to fine dining. Grassington plays host to the Arts Festival in summer and attracts some famous artists. In the winter, it holds the Dickensian Festival which reflects bygone times and really gets you into the festive spirit. The spa town of Harrogate is just 20 minutes away. Here you will find both high street and high end shopping together with the Valley Gardens, Betty’s Tea Rooms (a must for afternoon tea), and a wide selection of pubs, restaurants and bars.
Walking is as varied as the terrain with easy, riverside walks along the River Wharfe or more strenuous hill walking. If it’s relaxation you prefer, then why not take a picnic down by the river, or sit in the garden and enjoy the view. Shop and restaurant 2 miles, pub 800 yards.
