Make your vacation memories in "A Pawfect Sandy Hideaway" home. This canal front home offers three floors of living space and bedrooms to comfortably accommodate your family. The entry level to the home has a great den for the kids to hang out in. They can gather after a long day at the beach and unwind, or watch a movie. The entry level also has a garage so you can store all of your beach equipment, bikes, or car. The 2nd level of this home serves as your main living space with hard wood floors. The open floor plan allows you to easily move from kitchen to dining room to the living room. Grab a quick breakfast bite at the kitchen counter area, or plan a family dinner in the dining area with sliders overlooking the deck and water. The living room is the perfect cozy spot for a relaxing afternoon of book reading or evening downtime. The 2nd level also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious back deck over looking the water is accessible from the 2nd floor living area. This serves as a great place to watch the sky change colors at sunset or sunrise. Below the deck is a shaded patio for use on those hot days. The stairway from the living room leads to the 3rd floor, with yet two more bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom. You can choose to sit by the bulkhead if you want to experience the water at a closer view. Take some time and enjoy watching the boats float in and out, or even catch a fish or two. Bed sizes: 3 Queens, 2 twins, and a queen sleep sofa . Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED.
