This pet-friendly home is located a short drive from Currimundi beach and lake as well as Dicky Beach. It is an approximate 10 - 15 minute walk to Currimundi beach via the footpath at the end of the street. This is an ideal and family & budget friendly base if you have a furry friend you would like to bring along as both beaches are pet-friendly (Currimundi Beach is off leash all day and Dicky Beach in the late afternoon/evenings).
This older style home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, sleeping up to 6 guests + port-a-cot.
Property features:
- Pet-friendly, outdoor only, however, the dining area is okay in storms or at night if needed. A baby gate is provided to block it from the rest of the home if needed. This property is fully fenced.
- Older style brick home with 3 bedrooms
- Queen & 4 x singles + port-a-cot - Newly renovated kitchen
- 1 Bathroom with separate shower and bath, separate toilet
- Driveway parking (a couple of cars would fit) and there is also on-street parking
- Overhead fans in the living room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. A pedestal fan in the 3rd bedroom.
- Undercover outdoor area - Living room with TV
- Washing machine, clothes line in the yard (no dryer)
- Fly-screens throughout - An approximate 10
- 15 minute walk to Currimundi lake and beach + local shops
Please note that whilst this is a holiday house it is in a residential area and respect for neighbours must be observed. Parties will not be tolerated and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm.
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire (excluding cot) for all beds in this property would be $147 p.w. or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
A $500 refundable Security Deposit is required before or on arrival.
