The Space:
Stunning terrace house on a quiet street in the heart of Rozelle. The property provides 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate study area.
The master bedroom furnished with a king size bed, large wardrobes and ensuite bathroom (incl. a shower) is located on the first floor. A separate study area can also be found on the first floor.
The second bedroom furnished with double bed, a small wardrobe & located on the ground floor. It's french doors open onto the front porch with a small sun-filled sitting area.
A second bathroom (with bathtub) is located on the ground floor.
Highlight of the house is its open space entertaining area ranging from the kitchen through the living room into the cottage style garden with BBQ facilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove & oven, dishwasher and washing machine. A 6 person kitchen table next to a set of folding glass doors allows for a mountain of daylight to enter this area.
The living room, furnished with leather couch and chair, including a SMART TV with Amazon & Netflix access. The living room fully opens onto the deck of the backgarden through a second set of floor to ceiling folding glass doors.
The cottage style garden is a green oasis within the city and is equipped with a built in BBQ and a set of table & chairs as well as a day bed. The garden is nicely sunny for breakfast and lunch and provides shade for the evening.

Being placed on Sydney Harbour, there is a number of waterfront parks providing stunning views of the Harbour Bridge within walking distance. For those seeking some activity, there is access to kayaks, the 'Dawn Fraser Bath' is a natural Harbour swimming pool located in Balmain and the nearby 'Bay Run' is a 7km walking track.

Getting Around:
Placed in Rozelle, this house is conveniently located between the city and the charming Balmain neighbourhood and its access to the harbour ferries.
Being only 4km from the heart of the city - Townhall station - it takes approx. 15 min by bus to reach this house. A bus station is located on Victoria Road (approx. 150m from the house). Buses run every 5-10 minutes to town (Townhall, Central Station) and to surrounding suburbs like Pyrmont and Balmain.
Balmain is a charming village like suburb next to Rozelle. Balmain is located directly on the Harbour and has 2 ferry stations that are easy to reach from the house. Ferries run directly to Circular Quay as well as to other landmark ferry stops like Pyrmont, Cockatoo Island and Luna Park. Additional ferry stops in Drummoyne can be easily reached by bus.
Airport - from the airport the house can be easily reached by train/bus (train to townhall followed by a bus to Victoria road) or by car (depending on traffic it takes approx. 20 minutes)
Street parking is available. There are always parking spots available close to the house. Parking on some streets is limited to 2 hours. A guest parking permit (one car) can be supplied for unlimited street parking.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
