Enjoy some sea views on the sun drenched deck while you let the kids play outside on the trampoline or swing set in the well fenced back yard with a native bush back drop.
Situated in a friendly neighbourhood on a quiet street.
Close to Playground, Native bush tracks and Tennis Court.
Short stroll to the beach where there is a safe swimming area patrolled by life guards during the weekends and holiday season.
Dine in and enjoy the freshest Blue cod with a Local Craft Beer from the Point Café Bar & Restaurant, or takeaway some fish n chips or an ice cream and enjoy on the beach.

Swimming, Surfing, Fishing, Diving, Hiking, Kayaking and Horse Riding.
Local Attractions;
Nugget Point Lighthouse with spectacular views where you may spot seals and yellow eyed penguins, Cannibal Bay, Purakaunui Falls ,Roaring Bay, Tunnell Hill, Matai Falls, McLean Falls just to name a few.
Wifi will be an extra cost but it is unlimited.
There is also a landline, handy for making local calls.
