Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 2 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels).
Bedroom 1 - a pass-through room with en-suite bathroom
Important notice: members of your party might need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second bedroom (going through this room can be avoided by entering from the patio). You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first bedroom or from the patio through a French door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
