The chalet is located between Lac et Montain, 10 minutes from Lake Leman and 5 minutes from summits such as the Dent d'Oche (2222m).
In the heart of the countryside, in a small quiet hamlet and away from the main road, the chalet has a large terrace of 35m2 ideally oriented South-East.
Children can play freely in the garden of over 300m2.
You can also go for a walk or mountain bike from the chalet.
Nice character chalet of 35 m2 on the ground on two levels (surface under slope on the floor with 1m85 max under ridge).
Ground floor: main room with kitchen, dining room, lounge area with wood stove.
Upstairs, a first mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and closet under the roof, followed by a second bedroom with 2 single beds and closet under the roof.
A small veranda will allow you to leave your shoes and clothes at the entrance of the chalet.
A small shed in the annex will allow you to store your skis, boots and other luggage.
Pillows and blankets are provided. Sheets and towels are not included.
RATE :
Supplement 50 € / week per animal (with owner's agreement)
Except during school holidays, the proposed price is a package for 2 people: Supplement of 10 € / day / additional person
The proposed price is all charges included (taxes, water, electricity, heating, firewood)
A deposit of € 500 is required. It is included in the quote. If you prefer to pay the deposit when you arrive at the chalet, please ask for it when you request information or request a reservation.
Household linen is not included (towels / pillowcases / sheets and duvet covers). This service can be offered, see prices below
LINEN RENTAL: to request at least 2 weeks at least before arrival:
