There may be noise from the neighbours but it is generally quiet and peaceful. 11kms to Canberra, 2kms the Queanbeyan CBD, 9.4kms Canberra Airport and the 1.6kms to the Queanbeyan Hospital. There is a king sized bed with a Koala mattress and the unit is very well insulated to keep it cool in summer and cosy in winter.
Make yourself at home in this vintage 1970's with its original kitchen and decor and lots of art and enjoy the great northern view of the hills and Black Mountain.
The spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms and views to Canberra and is light filled apartment in winter making it a great space for relaxing in the cosy living room which I hope feels like home. I love watching the clouds float past on blue sky days from the mid century armchairs while enjoying a glass of local red wine.
