Duplex apartment less than 10min walk from Part Dieu train station.
Near Gare des Brotteaux, the Paul BOCUSE L'EST brewery, the Tête d'Or Park and the essential Halles Paul Bocuse.
The very secure area has many shops and restaurants (Grocery store open until 9 p.m.)
You will appreciate my accommodation for its environment, its brightness, its comfort and its warm atmosphere. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers or business travelers. A mobile air conditioner is available in the apartment.
Housing
The duplex apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the interior courtyard of the 300m2 building. Very quiet and very bright thanks to its 4 bay windows. The bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs (185cm under ceiling).
Travelers access
The apartment will be accessible to you in its entirety.
You can access it at any time by collecting the keys in a secure bix which is at the entrance of the apartment
Other remarks
Security: Each bay window is protected by an electric shutter. No one other than the residents of the building can access the interior courtyard where the apartment is located. The entrance to the building is locked with a digital code.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
You will only be given one set of keys for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival.
Cleaning fees will be billed to you a second time if you do not respect the departure deadline.

The district
Nicolas's accommodation is located in Lyon, France.
Located right in the heart of Lyon (6th arrondissement), you will find, right under your windows, all the most attractive attractions offered by our City of Lights. You will find something for everyone, restaurants, bars, museums, markets on the Quais de Saône and direct access to Vieux-Lyon. By staying here, you will be able to travel almost exclusively on foot and have access to the Old Town, including Fourvière, St Jean and its St Paul and St Georges cathedrals, Les Traboules and its famous Lyonnais traffic jams.
transport network
5 minutes from Part Dieu train station on foot, two minutes on foot from Brotteaux metro station (line B) direct to Part Dieu and 5 minutes from Masséna metro station (line A) to reach Bellecour / Cordeliers stations . 2 minutes from the C3 bus to reach the Cordeliers station in 5 minutes. Airport: 1/2 hour by taxi and 1 hour by shuttle (from Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu).
If you arrive by car, you will find a 5-minute walk from the apartment the Parking LPA Brotteaux: Place Général Brosset, 69006 Lyon. (around 30 € per day).
Paid spaces are also located right next to the building depending on availability.
