This charming 33 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool and mountain views is located in Fox-Amphoux and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 1,200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 2 twin beds (90×200) that can be brought together to make a double bed (180×200) and wardrobe.
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, secure, unheated swimming pool (4x2.5 m) with two benches, one of which is a whirlpool. Open from mid-May to the end of October.
The pool can be heated on request from the owners for an additional fee (€150/week). Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- A 54 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Fox-Amphoux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
