Located on the outskirts of Twyford in a fantastic south-facing rear garden this well-appointed cabin comes with a brand new hot tub, air conditioning, outdoor seating, Sky TV, parking and more.
This unique space is located in the rear garden of the property owner, however, the cabin is completely separate and the hot tub is not overlooked.

• Linen included - 1 bath robe & slippers per person, 1 bath towel per person, 1 hand towel per person, 1 hand towel per bathroom, 1 floor mat per bathroom with shower or bath, 1 or 2 kitchen towels per kitchen.

Located on the edge of Twyford
• Our favorite local restaurant & bar is the award winning Indian restaurant Hawelli which is under a mile away from the property.
• The closest local supermarket is Waitrose on London Road in Twyford.

• Twyford - 3 minutes away
• Wargrave - 4 minutes away
Getting Around:
Twyford Train Station can be found in Twyford with links into Reading and London, there is also a bus service
Other Things to Note:
This cabin is located in the back garden of a house in Tywford and has its own side entrance.
• The property now comes with a fixed bed.
• The owners live on site, but guests will be given complete privacy during their stay.
• The hot tub is not overlooked.

Please note if you have not arrived at the property by 9pm and have not let us know you will be checking in late your stay will unfortunately be cancelled.
• All bedding provided at the apartment is hypoallergenic
Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £300 is required before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date.
Any stays booked during dates of The Royal Henley Regatta within a 10-mile radius of Henley-On-Thames are not eligible for refunds of any kind. If any refunds are given it is at the full discretion of Hosting Homes.
