Ideally located 40 km from the famous beaches of Saint-Malo, Dinard and Dinan and 30 km from the majestic Mont Saint-Michel, this gîte is the perfect base from which to explore the treasures of Brittany.
The interior of the gîte, measuring 100m2, offers all the comforts you need for an enjoyable stay. On the ground floor, you'll find two welcoming bedrooms, a convivial living area with an open-plan kitchen, as well as a dressing room and a study, for those who like to combine business with pleasure. A bathroom with shower completes this practical layout. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures optimum comfort, whatever the season.
