Only 3 km to IGA, Pharmacy, Petrol Station, Post & Foodworks; 4km to River Heads Boat/Ferry Terminal and Fishing spot & 8 km to the Airport! We provide all cooking ecquipments. 2450 W Sony Music system & Nespresso Coffee/milk machine adds to luxury !
Some directions of using the property:
* The property has two sheds and a container and this area is separated with a fence. If the guest wants to enter into this area, please call the owner and get permission.
* Kindly switch off all airconditioners as you leave the house each time. Please let the caretaker/owner know if you forget to switch off anything after leaving. 11 am till 3 pm is cleaning time and new arrivals will be difficult during this time. But the guests can come, get the keys from the lockbox, but give room for the cleaner do complete the job. Handover is available at check out and check in time.
Only registered and paid guests accepted. When booking you must book for the number of guests who are staying. No extra guests may sleep/use the swimming pool in the house, unless approved. Please inform us if you have guests and how many hours will they be in the property.
Guests are asked to respect the neighbours and keep arriving and departing noise as low as possible. After 11pm no loud noise at all, thank you. We strongly request you to inform us at the time you check out, because, we want to make sure that you have not left any of your belongings at the house by mistake and also we wish to make sure you have locked the house and left the house keys back in the lockbox.
For safety reasons no windows should be left open when guests leave the apartment. Heaters should turned off or down when leaving for the day. The bathroom heater must never be used without the fan and must be turned off when exiting room. All electrical devices should be turned off. If necessary we reserve the right to enter the house to close windows and/or turn off electrical devices.
Alcohol is allowed to be consumed in the house, but no drunken behaviour will be tolerated, and may result in eviction. Please inform us if the guests are allergetic towards room freshners as we received a very rude comment from a guest for using a roomfreshner which she dislikes.
We want you to enjoy your stay, but respect the space by leaving it clean and tidy on checkout. Dishes washed, dirty towels in basket provided, table and benches wiped & clear of crumbs. Heaters and lights must be turned off on check out.
