Detached 2 bed cottage with access to a shared, private patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Set in a secure walled garden, benefiting from the use of the 10 x 5 m pool. The pool area is surrounded by abundant honeysuckle. The terrace which surrounds the pool, is furnished with sun loungers and patio furniture with parasols. The garden has a full sized lined badminton court and boules pitch. The open barn provides shade whilst you enjoy a game of table tennis or just relax with a chilled glass of wine. Ideally situated in beautiful countryside close to Chaunay and the market town of Civray. Well placed for markets, supermarkets, restaurants and sight-seeing. The cottage borders open countryside and is perfect for walking, cycling, bird spotting and generally enjoying nature. Places to visit include Valley of the Monkeys only 20 mins away. Futuroscope at Poitiers, swimming lakes/ water-parks, La Rochelle and the beautiful Ile - de Ré, Cognac, Marais -Poitiven (green Venice), picturesque Angles-sur-Anglin, Chauvigny with it's impressive wild bird display set in the medieval castle.
