This is a beautiful and spacious 3 bdrm & 2 bath 1933 square foot home that sleeps up to 10 people! The large screened in patio is fabulous. It is screened all around so you can feel the outside air. It has patio furniture to enjoy and a ceiling fan light as well. We also have an outdoor ping pong table for hours of enjoyment. Next to the screened patio we have an outside cement patio area with a charcoal grill. You will need to provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid while grilling.
The master bedroom is absolutely amazing. It is large and spacious and has a large comfortable king size bed and two dressers as well as a 55" smart TV and a large couch to enjoy as well. The ensuite bathroom has a large garden tub as well as a separate shower to enjoy. The large front load washer and dryer are new and allow you to wash clothes when needed and laundry soap and softener are provided. We also provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a large walk in closet for all your clothes with an attached work station as well with a desk and chair for those who need to do some work while visiting. There is also a portacrib in the master closet.
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a 50" smart TV
The third bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds providing for a great family friendly home for larger groups. The second bathroom has a double sink and a shower tub combo. The home is very cozy and luxurious with plenty of blankets, towels, and linens for your enjoyment.
The family room has a large 55" flat smart TV with DVD player and has two couches (one being a sofa bed) and rocking chair. The entertainment center is full of games and board games for hours of enjoyable family/friend time together. High speed 250 mbps Wi-Fi Internet is provided throughout the home.
We have a large kitchen fully stocked with a huge selection of pots, pans, bowls, muffin pans, glass casserole dishes, cookie sheet, pizza pans, and many more. We have also included a crock pot, water kettle, blender, mixer, griddle, and can opener. A Keurig coffee machine is also included as well as several coffee and hot chocolate pods along with a water kettle and coffee grinder. A large 8 person table along with 8 chairs is in the kitchen along with three bar stools that sit up to the bar area. We also provide a high chair.
The home is all brick and stone and all on one level. The only step required is one step up to enter in through the front door. The house is on .4 acres which is flat and mostly grass. We provide croquet sets, a corn hole game, bocce balls, and horse shoes to enjoy outside at your leisure (stored in the Master closet).

You are conveniently located within 1 mile of highway 60 in Mountain Grove so are close to all the restaurants and shopping available and have easy access to other cities close by in the Ozarks.
You can park in the driveway of the home and could park several cars there if desired. We are close to schools so they have restricted parking on the road in the morning and afternoon for school hours.
