This luxury apartment is located in the 1st. Floor of a super nice house, which is surrounded by a wonderfully large garden with pond and is located in the nature reserve of Starnberg. Lake Starnberg is very close.
The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.
The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a huge living room where two extra beds can be placed.
In the living room there are two tiled stoves, one of them has an open fireplace.
There is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle), a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a separate toilet. The highlight is the large balcony overlooking the garden and nature reserve.
Washer and dryer are available in the basement.
The apartment offers peace and comfort. Pure relaxation!
You can expect a first-class equipped and lovingly designed apartment.

There is a pond and many seating and dining options. There is also a barbecue available.
The property was completely renovated in 2013!
Rental basically only weekly.

Pets can be brought by arrangement, but extra charge / night is required.
For a dog a flat rate of 15 € per night will be charged.
They live in the apartment alone and have their own balcony.
But you are also welcome to use the large garden.

The apartment is located directly in the nature reserve of Starnberg! Pure peace and idyll. But there are also various supermarkets and restaurants in town.
The train station (S-Bahn, station Possenhofen) is 1.8 km away.
The bus stop is 550 meters away.
The nearest bakery is 900 meters. In addition to the bakery is also a butcher. There are, among other things, daily hot food as a cheap lunch offer to go. Next to it is also a bank (also 900 meters away).
