This apartment is a favorite! Refurbished for maximum comfort, it is well laid out and enjoys an unobstructed horizon from its large terrace.
You will enter a large living room composed of the fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, hotplates, microwave, Senséo coffee maker etc.) and a kitchen kit for the 1st night only (1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwashing tablet and a kitchen towel) will be at your disposal, except for kitchen groceries (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) which will not be provided. You will also have a dining table and a lounge area where you will find a sofa, armchair and flat screen television. All in a very bright modern decor. You will have access to a free and unlimited WiFi connection.
From the living room, you can access the splendid 30m2 terrace equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs. It is a chance to be able to enjoy it, the beautiful days are very pleasant from this observatory.
On the night side we have two bedrooms with dressing rooms and a bathroom. One with a double bed and one with two single beds (possibility of joining the 2 single beds to make a large 180cm).
We provide towels, sheets, and the house is cleaned and prepared before your arrival.
you will have access to a bathroom with shower with a necessary for the bathroom for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper.
We can lend a cot (without sheets) as well as a baby bath on request.

Arrive is when you want from 4 p.m. (without the possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10 a.m. (no possibility of late departure).
The entrance to the house is AUTONOMOUS using a key box.
In the residence you will benefit from a private parking space and secure bicycle parking.
