The Space:
There are 5 bedrooms, the Queen master bedroom comes with an ensuite with toilet and shower plus a full walk-in wardrobe. The 3 spacious bedrooms contain a double bed with built-in robes. The fifth bedroom offers 2 single beds. All bedrooms offer bed linens and pillows. Common bathroom including a shower and bath, with a separate toilet.
Wooden floors flow throughout the house drawing you into the open-plan kitchen and living space. Comfortable sofa is perfect for relaxing on or to sit around with the whole family. There is a 55’’ smart TV with access to Netflix. The kitchen is well established with quality appliances and cooking facilities including a full-size fridge/freezer, a gas cook-top and electric oven plus microwave, dishwasher and all necessary appliances that you’d need, such as toaster, hot water kettle, rice cooker with full cutlery, utensils and dishware. The big laundry room offers a front loader washing machine, iron & iron board, light cleaning products and detergents. You will be provided a porta cot and a highchair at no extra cost.

Guest Access:
Note, you'll have access to entire house except for the garage, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage. Thus, the garage is not available to park in.
Other Things to Note:
* Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking.
* We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.
* The actual number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking.
* Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!
* Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. Any violations of this policy will result in a penalty fee of $400 being applied.
* Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9.30 pm and 8.00 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive.
* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
* On every Thursday night, plz pull the council bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
* Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage or on the street for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.
* The minimum age for guests is 30 years old. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.
By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
