Owner offers a $50 military discount and a 5% rate reduction for repeat guests! This two bedroom, top floor condo avails you of unimpeded northern and western views of the bay and provides all of the comforts of home. Enjoy morning coffee on this end unit balcony while taking in the views of the soothing water. A cozy dining room, fully-equipped kitchen including air fryer and crockpot, comfortable bedding and roomy bathrooms will make you feel right at home. Condo provides wifi and DirectTV to keep you connected, plus the building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. The Convention Center is next door, the beach is only a block away and there are a slew of restaurants in the area including Seacret's, Dough Roller, Dry 85, and the On the Bay Seafood.
This property rents mini weeks starting Thursday or Sunday in season, and any 3 nights off season. Bed sizes include a queen, a double, a single and queen sleep sofa. Owner provides bed linens, but guests need to supply towels, as well as all soaps and paper products. A washer and dryer are available in the condo for your convenience. Coffee maker is a Cuisinart single service.
Entire building is Non-smoking, non-vaping including balconies. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
