Nestled at Castaways Beach between the hustle and bustle of Peregian Beach and Noosa in a private, gated community, you will be close enough to visit these towns to take full advantage of all the boutique shopping, farmers markets, restaurants, and pubs located there, whilst also being able to retreat to the quiet and tranquillity of your holiday home, oceanside.

Chase the sun year-round in this stylish and beautifully designed three-story home, painted white to perfectly compliment the different blues of the ocean vista and pandanus palms it takes full advantage of. The panoramic views have been harnessed throughout the living areas and are truly mesmerizing. The house welcomes you with a complimentary bottle of chilled wine and features include a lift for your convenience, several choices for outdoor entertaining, a fantastic pool with sun lounges, and the ocean nearby for surfing, swimming, or long walks.

Wake up to soothing sounds from waves on the beach and relax on the large comfortable main deck for your stunning view of Castaways beach. You will be able to assess the surf conditions prior to heading out just by looking out the window, and a telescope will help you get a closer look at yachts as they sail past or indeed whales in the season. Take time out with a movie in the upmarket lounge room or relax here with a good book, the choice is yours.

On the entrance level are 3 spacious and well-appointed bedrooms. The second bedroom features a quality Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, and sink. The third bedroom also offers a quality Queen bed and leads out to the beautiful garden and courtyard as well as the pool, the perfect place for a morning coffee. This room also has an ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

The fourth bedroom offers two comfortable single beds and leads to a furnished courtyard and a fully fenced pool. We can offer an airbed for a 9th guest if required at the time of booking. There is a room here for guests to enjoy relaxing in front of a large, flat screen television, with a small bar area, access to the front patio, and the rear patio with a pool.

Also, located on the main level is a full-size laundry with a washing machine, dryer, drying racks, iron and ironing board, and washing line outside.

Wander upstairs to discover a second spacious lounge room complete with large screen television with Foxtel, a separate sitting area taking full advantage of the incredible ocean views, and a large, well-equipped kitchen with an island bench, family-sized fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you need to ensure self-catering is effortless.

The dining table is designed to encourage conversation and seats 6 comfortably. There is also a powder room and finally the spacious and luxurious master king bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom boasting a spa bathtub, separate shower, dual sinks, and a separate toilet. If you would prefer to cook and dine alfresco an inbuilt, designer BBQ has been thoughtfully provided in the outdoor kitchenette which also has an outdoor dining setting overlooking the pool and views. Also on this level is a further outdoor patio off the lounge with comfortable lounge chairs and a coffee table, perfect for admiring the view through a large, established Pandanus Palm and the tropical gardens below.

On the basement level is a large garage and extra vehicles can be accommodated on the driveway if desired.

The home is kept comfortable no matter the weather with ceiling fans and air conditioning as well as making full use of the delicious ocean breezes that permeate due to its elevation.

The property is carefully cleaned, with linens and towels sanitized as per government recommendations. You will be provided with complimentary hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes to assist you during the current COVID19 situation.

Notably, the home is just a 20-minute drive to spectacular Lake Weyba, a shallow lake where you may enjoy kite surfing, picnics, beautiful walks around the lake, kayaking, and canoeing. The shallow waters allow children to paddle easily under your supervision. The sunrise here is a sight to see and worth the early morning trip. You are also just 10 minutes from the Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club which has been recently renovated and occasionally offers live music as well as quality cuisine right by the water.
