Kuhbruecke 24 is a holiday and seminar house - originally furnished in a lonely breathtaking Oderbruch landscape. It is a ten-minute bike ride from Küstrin-Kietz train station (from where you can drive to Berlin every hour) and just as far from the Polish border town of Kostrzyn. The Oder and the Oder-Neisse bike path go past the house; you can go fishing, boating and running and cycling endlessly without meeting anyone. Children can play for days in the locked four thousand square meter orchard. Novelists complete their novel, scientists complete their habilitation, teams of authors develop their script. The house is suitable for family meetings lasting several days - as well as a retreat for editing a film or for developing a business idea. It has two separate parts so that groups and individual travelers can act independently and undisturbed.
The house is not suitable for stag or hen parties, (for example: no music in the garden!)
The house consists of two separate apartments of different sizes
There are two kitchens and three bathrooms with toilets in the two parts. and a separate toilet. The parts can be rented separately and together.
One part has six rooms (each with (mostly :) two to (sometimes :)) six beds for a total of up to 20 guests, the new adobe building has five rooms for a total of up to 8 guests. In the larger part there is a fireplace - the smaller one has a very large seminar room
The house and its rooms can be used flexibly
The equipment is simple and improvised
In exceptional cases, full board (from 50, - / per person) is possible.

You can swim in the Oder arm, which starts directly behind the dike, or in Bleyener See, which is about a kilometer from the house.
