Located in the popular area of Morningside this bright & pet friendly 2 bedroom apartment is newly decorated. With many local amenities on your doorstep, a short walk away through The Meadows, this is a great base to explore all that Edinburgh has to offer.

The space
This modern & spacious apartment is amazing!
Recently decorated with fresh decor & high ceilings, the apartment also has wooden floor in the living room with open fire.
The sitting room is spacious with a large sofa, coffee table, and a smart TV for a relaxing time.
The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher and all the modern amenities that you will need to cook a lovely home made meal.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 has a king size beds & plenty of Hotel quality white bed linen is provided along with a hand & bath towel for each guest .
The modern bathroom is large & bright. It has a walk in shower, perfect for a good rinse after a day of exploring! Consumables will also be provided.
Combination of paid parking and some free spaces available in the surrounding streets. Main road parking available (free) between 6.30pm and 8am daily and all day Sunday.
If travelling with a young family, we can provide a travel cot at an extra cost.
Situated on the 3rd with no lift in the building (but worth the view!)

Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
* We love our neighbors so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
* Travel cot available on request (additional fees), Please note that bedding is not included
*Extra £19 if you bring your pet. Please kindly let us know
