Large newly renovated family home in the country with wonderful views, away from the road and traffic noise and close to town. A private, quiet haven to escape to and totally relax in the peaceful country... but still be within travelling distance for the beaches and attractions. We have amazing views of Mount Maunganui and the Tauranga Harbour, with rolling countryside. City lights look great at night!
This 2-storey family home includes modern open plan living downstairs, or open up the house and enjoy summer living on the deck with a BBQ by the swimming pool and spa. There is ample room to unwind in the sun and take in the views, while watching the kids having fun on the trampoline or tree house.
If you feeling like going out and doing something....
Beach! As much action or relaxation as you want!
Take a leisurely walk around the Mount and enjoy the sea and ships arriving and leaving. Or climb the Mount and get the expansive views over the bay. Then head down for a hot swim in the Mount Maunganui pools and a nice coffee in the beach front cafes.
Beach at Mount Maunganui... Only 20 mins drive.
Shopping at Bayfair Shopping mall at Mount Maunganui... 15 mins drive.
Shopping, coffee in Tauranga... 10 mins drive.
Hot pools... You have several to choose from, within 2 – 20 mins drive.

This is our family home, and we are very happy to share it with other families who will care for and respect it as they would their own home. We live in a quiet, peaceful, country area, and respect our neighbours.
But our home is NOT suitable for:
Parties, loud music, loud noise, groups of young people or students, or careless groups.
Please don’t inquire further, if this might be the case.
(Its best to be very clear about this from the beginning!)

Responsible couples or families only please – this is not the right house for partying or school/uni groups of friends. Absolutely no smoking either inside or outside. Pets not allowed. Bond $500.00.
