Country cottage located on a quiet street in the heart of town. A convenient 1 min walk to the beautiful River St reserve perfect for swimming or sit back, enjoy the scenery and throw in a fishing line. Cook at the cottage in a fully equipped kitchen, bbq on the deck or a 5 min walk to various restaurants, pubs and boutique stores. The splash park is lots of fun for all or take a bike ride along the new boardwalk. We are a short drive to Mitchelton, Tahbilk and Fowles wineries.

Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ on deck, 6 seater dining table, large modern bathroom, washing machine in separate laundry and the iconic hills hoist in the backyard. Split system heating/aircon, a wood burning fireplace. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and all beds supplied with linen and electric blankets.
Driveway parking for 3 cars or boat.
