Close to shops transport and local pool. 7 min off state highway 1. 22 minutes drive to Wellington. 5 minutes walk to Titahi beach.
Please note this is in a shared house. Communal areas are shared. Quiet time after 10pm at night.
The space
Beautiful, clean and quiet sunny room in Titahi bay.
Keys are provided for both the main entrance and your own room.
Shared facilities of kitchen and dining area, bathroom, and lounge.
Private feel with a view to the greenery of the back garden.
Guest access
House is above street level. Park on the street as it is a fairly narrow driveway which is difficult for most people to turn/ reverse. Can fit one car that is usually mine.
You may use my parking under certain circumstances and only with prior arrangements.
Walk up the walkway (also driveway) towards the blue house at end of the drive. There are 18 steps.
At top of the steps, you will see a yellow door. Do not use the gate in front of you, rather turn left at the yellow door to come up the front door.

Please remove shoes in the house. House shoes/ sleepers provided.
