It is 9 minutes away by car from Zushi, and 15 minutes away from Kamakura.
You can also use this place as a studio.
Hayama is famous for having the Emperors imperial vacation house (villa), and this building was built on the mountainside overlooking that majestic structure to the right. You can fully enjoy the best 360-degree ocean view in all of Japan with no disturbances in a spot picked by the Emperor himself.
If the weather is good, you can even see Mt. Fuji right in front of you. Light glitters from the ocean, offering an unparalleled scenic sunset view as the sun sinks behind Mt. Fuji.
Autumn offers autumn foliage, and the air is particularly clear in the winter, allowing Mt. Fuji to show up clearly on the horizon. You can enjoy Hayama all year round in the summer, fall, winter, and spring.
Turning right on the route in front (Route 134) will take you to the some of the best seasides in Japan spreading out to the left, such as Zushi Beach and Yuigahama Beach.
Since this is a high-end villa, there are high-class and delicious French and Japanese restaurants right down the street from the property.
It is also close to Kamakura, so there are plenty of places to go to, such as the Great Buddha of Kamakura and Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine.
Since the villas private swimming pool is on the third floor right next to the living room, you can view both the pool and ocean from the living room sofa. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi, which allows for a wide-open feel. There is also a BBQ space with a splendid view on the roof.
The main room on the first floor is a special space done mostly in black, complete with a top-class jacuzzi and a king-sized bed. The second-floor room is a classy modern Japanese-style space. You can view the central garden from your room. The first and second floors are reminiscent of a southern France resort hotel, with two classy rooms. Each room comes fully equipped with its own separate bath, toilet, and shower.

Up until recently we had guests prepare their own grill and charcoal, but we have now outsourced it to a designated contractor due to ill-mannered guests causing disturbances in the neighborhood and due to safety concerns (such as charcoal embers flying about in the wind).
Starting on June 6th, guest-only barbecues in the villa will be prohibited.
We ask that guests who wish to have a BBQ to contact the designated contractor (ltd.) and to directly make a reservation with them. In addition to ingredients, tents, a full array of cooking utensils, and dishes are all provided, along with a chef that will cook in the central garden on the first floor.
