I am renting out my duplex in a supervised residence in Sidi Bouzid *, with terraces, garden and garage space.
Ideally located in a secure residence, very quiet, comfortable, neat decoration, large terrace-solarium, private garden and an integrated Carport. The construction is recent, with swimming pool and close to the beach (5 minutes on foot!).
Grocer, restaurants, cafes within 5 min walk.
Covering an area of 180 m², my duplex has two levels and a solarium terrace (ground floor + floor + terrace) without forgetting the private garden.
The residence has a circular swimming pool (with a small children's pool) and accessible from April to November. The water is at an ideal temperature because it is very well exposed to the sun.

- 3 large bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (90x200) and one bedroom with a double bed (180x200)

Sidi Bouzid (in Arabic: سيدي بوزيد) is a seaside resort 5 km from the city of El Jadida, it is made up of second homes, a group of bungalows, a holiday club, restaurants and theater in full air. Its beach much appreciated in summer by vacationers is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Morocco, it has a reception infrastructure and is characterized by its fine sand and its clear and limpid water, visitors come there every year and the number keeps growing with the seasons.
