Built with wood and mountain stone, the cottage has recently been renovated while preserving its original style.

It is arranged on a single floor and has its own separate entrance.

The cottage is immersed in the characteristic Apennine environment, characterized by meadows and forests that span over 50,000 square meters of land.

The tranquility of the place ensures guests a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The cottage has 4 beds divided between a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed.

Ideal for couples or families who want to stay in good company in the magical atmosphere of the Apennine mountains.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and all amenities.

The Village in which the cottage is located was once an ancient housing settlement in the Apennines.

Upon arrival, you will find a large private parking lot located a short walk from the chalet.

The cottage is situated in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine National Park, a UNESCO MaB Biosphere Reserve.

A few kilometers away is the main town of Ligonchio, where you can find essential services such as a pharmacy, bars, restaurants, a bank, and a supermarket.

Guests staying in the Village can take advantage of various services, including:

- hiking and snowshoeing weekends for groups and families;
