Managed by Flop House Accommodation, Kyneton. Formerly owed by the Presbyterian Church (later Uniting Church), the Manse has been meticulously refurbished by its new owners and now includes five bedrooms, large living and dining spaces and an elegant contemporary bathroom and kitchen. Hotel sheets and Bedouin Societe linen are provided along with Aspar body products. Large, private garden with oak tree and lawns. Currently displaying photographs by Angus O'Callaghanthat are for sale through Flop House. Manse also offers a separate, spacious, heated studio that is available for rent by arrangement. The additional space is perfect for workshops, yoga or massage. Flop House are happy to assist with referrals. Locally sourced breakfast provisions are included.
STANDARD RATES
Mon - Thursday (excl public holidays) $650 per night (two night minimum)
Fri - Sun (ex public holiday) $750 per night (two night minimum)
SEASONAL RATES
Holiday surcharge of 10% and three night minimum applies for all long weekends and 4 night minimum for Christmas and Easter holidays
Plus Cleaning fee of $200
Pets by arrangement.
