This design focused home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, including 2 luxury King-suites and 5 smart TV's throughout the home. Enjoy the lower-level king suite with a shared hall bathroom that includes a walk-in shower with handi-accessible seating, vanity, and a mirror. There are two large futons located on this level for additional sleeping space. The second level provides a King suite with a private bathroom, a main hall bath with a shower/tub combo, a bunk-bed, and a Queen-sized bed. Each room has closets and ample storage.
The house boasts high ceilings and laminate wood flooring, adding an elegant touch. The modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar with two barstools and a dining table that fits up to six people, and four sturdy portable dinner tables perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. The house also includes two desks, ideal for remote work or studying; the living room can accommodate 6 to 10 people.

Out back, you will find a deck which includes a BBQ grill with outdoor furniture ideal for cooking a delicious meal and private parking for 1 vehicle; however, the block has ample free on street parking! Long-Terms Stays:
- Guests are NOT permitted to use this location as their primary residence/address.
- Remove garbage/recyclables from the house every Monday night during their stay.
- Any city fines during the stay will be charged to the current guest. We are not responsible for any city fines.
- Guests will be responsible for cleaning during a long-term stay.
- It is required that is necessary to have a cleaning every month.
- The home will have from time to time a monthly inspection, guests will be informed 24 hours prior to arrival.
We ask that you show respect and care for our home at a level that is unquestionable and that highly displays couth and character. Also, please do not remove any items from the property without our permission or that you did not bring with you. Toiletries and snacks are complimentary.
-This is a residential area, therefore parties and busy social events are strictly prohibited.
-No extra guest allowed – you will be charged or your reservation cancelled/modified.
-Quiet hours from 10pm – 7am (inside and outside the property)
-No smoking or vaping inside or in the front of the property.
-No shoes worn inside the property.
-No open flames or candles inside
-No tampering with security cameras.
-No tampering with the mailbox or lockbox (hanging on the railing in the front of the property) or the red storage unit in the basement.
-DO NOT for any reason or any length of stay get mail or packages sent to the property.
-Report damages/issues immediately.
If there is evidence of any house rules being violated, we reserve the right to cancel the remaining of your reservation and/or charge for any damages.
