Set on 5 hectares of rural land with vineyard, our house is ready for your family or friends break. We have a pool, spa, tree house, tennis court, yoga studio and heaps of space to roam around in.

Only 7 minute drive to Masterton centre.
The space
Beautifully renovated 1900’s villa with high ceilings large rooms and wraparound deck.
Bedroom 5 in the photos is in an attached cottage.
The property also has a small yoga studio where you can host your own class or we can provide an instructor for a personalised yoga class (please enquire)

All areas can be accessed- tennis court is shared with the neighbours
Other things to note
If you have a pet you would like to bring, please check with us first. Dogs will need to be sheep friendly or kept away from sheep paddocks.
Please note, this is a working vineyard. Workers may come and go around the outside driveway to access the vineyard.
In the spring if there is a frost, the frost fans will be activated in this, and the surrounding vineyards which sounds like a couple of helicopters hovering overhead. Earplugs are supplied!
