Zingelloft | Rodewald のアパートメント
Untere Bauerschaft, Rodewald の 2 ベッドルーム アパートメント
A 140-square-meter country-style loft on the edge of the forest, with horses grazing right outside the panoramic windows. This bright apartment features high-quality flooring and a spacious, open kitchen. Highlights: Two fireplaces (including a fireplace room!) and a furnished workspace. It features a private garden and terrace where swallows fly in the summer. Ideal for couples, families, and creative getaways. Idyllic, spacious, and exclusive. Upon request, you can even bring your own horses. The living and dining area is the heart of the home—a large, light-filled space with panoramic windows offering sweeping views of the forest and horse pastures. Special feature: In a cozy nook, there’s a high-quality bunk bed that serves as a lounge area during the day with a bedspread and transforms into a full-fledged sleeping space for two in the blink of an eye at night. The bedroom offers pure tranquility for two. Set right in the countryside, you’ll wake up here to a view of nature. A 140 x 200 bed ensures restful nights. Another retreat is the fireplace room. A separate room in the entryway with a charm all its own. Here, a fireplace provides cozy warmth. Additionally, a daybed offers extra sleeping space for a child. The fully equipped kitchen offers a panoramic view—on one side, you look out onto the vast meadows; on the other, you see the farmyard and the chestnut tree. Thanks to its large windows, the bathroom is bright and inviting, also offering a view of the greenery. It is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For added convenience, there is a separate guest restroom. The apartment also features a private patio area—partly covered—and an additional storage room containing extra patio furniture, two grills, grilling utensils, and additional storage space. In the immediate vicinity, there are several natural swimming areas for the summer months that are easily accessible by bike. Additionally, Walsrode Bird Park, Heidepark Soltau, and Serengeti Park Hodenhagen are all nearby. Magic Park in Verden and Dinopark Münchehagen are also not far away. All year round, the natural surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides. There are also nice cafés and restaurants such as the Jägerkrug in Sonnenborstel, the Hofcafé Landleben in Gilten, and the Blaubeergarten in Grethem. For horseback riding enthusiasts, there are also several riding schools, such as Hof Danehl (located in Rodewald), the Lichtenhorst Riding School, and Ponyhof Hagedorn (also in Lichtenhorst). You can also bring your own horse to the farm. The trail riding area offers great routes, and an indoor riding arena is available for exclusive use.
